Roland Wieshofer

Roland Wieshofer joined Exclusive Media in April 2011 as its Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Exclusive, Roland was the Chief Financial Officer at CinemaNow, Inc., an IP-based film and television distribution company, for eight years. CinemaNow was a pioneer in the digital space, being the first to secure Internet distribution rights from all major studios and over 200 independents.  Roland was instrumental in raising multiple rounds of equity and debt, and ultimately selling the company to Sonic Solutions in 2008. In the entertainment space, Roland also consulted to Mandalay Pictures and Open Road Entertainment and was acting Vice President of Finance at Media Rights Capital. Roland is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and received his MBA from the University of Toronto.
