Chris Lytton
Chris Lytton joined Exclusive Media as COO, Film Group in December 2011. Prior to joining Exclusive Media, Chris spent 10 years as a business & legal affairs executive starting at Morgan Creek Productions structuring talent, financing and international deals on films including The Good Shepherd directed by Robert DeNiro, starring Matt Damon, Angelina Jolie and Robert DeNiro, Two For The Money starring Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey, Georgia Rule directed by Garry Marshall, starring Jane Fonda and Man Of The Year, directed by Barry Levinson, starring Robin Williams in addition to negotiating corporate transactions including the acquisition of the Franchise Pictures’ film library.
Chris continued his business & legal affairs career at Beacon Pictures/Holding Pictures where he structured deals on films including: the Bring It On franchise of films, Water Horse: The Legend of the Deep directed by Jay Russell and Screen Gems’ Maxim’s Mardi Gras starring Josh Gad, and documentaries including Wings Over The Rockies with Harrison Ford. Chris structured numerous agreement with: Disney, Universal, Sony, Participant and JP Morgan; he also managed all music matters, international film rights and structured television and live stage agreements.
Lytton started his career as a writer for Teen Magazine while at the UCLA School of Theater Film & Television, where he graduated with honors. Lytton received his law degree from Southern Methodist University, where he was a law review member; he then joined the Los Angeles law firm of Charlston Revich & Wollitz LLP as a litigation associate.
